Positives:
Wind Free feature is awesome.
Deep Sleep with minimum required cooling. You don’t need a bedsheet to sleep when you are in WindFree mode.
Smart AC. Works with Wi-Fi. Integrated to Alexa.
Negatives:
Outdoor unit is too noisy.

Recd well packed 1.5 ton AC fir my Home master bed room purpose and installed by vendor promptly.

Cooling and features are good. But outdoor unit makes toomuch noise for comfortable sleep.

Overall the product is Good, but the Installation done by the Samsung is not upto the mark

Getting a whistling noise from the outdoor unit. Its not from the fan and service engineer is saying that its a common issue for Samsung AC’s, which to me doesn’t make sense

The device is delivered on time, I was able to get it installed in a couple of days after delivery, considering the demand for service in summer I can say I did a better job in procuring the installation on time.
Pros of product:
Better cooling
Very accurate sensors
Wifi option to mostly control ur AC
Silent cooling option is a lot better
Option to dehumidify and self clean ac after switch off
Decent look.
Cons of the product:
Only voice commands that work with alexa are on, off and set temperature.
No horizontal oscillation.
Remotes that are provided are still IR.
No wire and plug provided for outdoor unit to connectvto power supply.
Outdoor unit sound is still high.
The installation folks doesn’t use the washers that are provided by the manufacturer to reduce the noise of outdoor unit.

OVERALL FEATURES ARE GOOD BUT WITH CONS ALSO.
PROS- SMART AC, Can control with your phone and Alexa.
6 step convertible cooling feature is good, saves energy if you use AC in 40% mode.
Look wise nice.
Cons-
Installation of Samsung is very costly, charged me 7k . At same place AC of other brand charges me 3k.
Make a lot of sound.
Windfree features is not that useful, you will not be able to use this feature in other than 100% cooling mode which makes it useless.
