They mentioned as 2023 model but compressor is 2022 model but the installation boy updated the software as 2023.
Or else the product is good 👍

The gas leaked from condenser within two day of installation. The service team took a week to replace the damaged part and fill gas to make it operational.
It was experienced that the company will never replace your ac rather the whole team will insist you to get it repaired under warranty.
Even Amazon will not take replacement order irrespective of their policy of 10 days replacement. Amazon too insist to contact service centre for replacement.
After repairing, ac is cooling effectively.
Installation was done satisfactorily and repairing technician has also done his work satisfactorily. The only issue is that they will not replace the unit and repair will take 7 to 10 days.

Excellent AC, less noise as it is windfree tech, takes time to cool due to extreme hot weather. Worth buy considering the exchange

WindFree technology is great. I’m a little disappointed that this model AR18CYNAMWKNNA did not come with WiFi enabled features. I recommend this AirCon however.
I’m not happy with the installation technicians and fees. They charged me INR 4,000/- (which includes the INR 1,199/- installation fee) when the only extra items required were :- ODU stand, one extra hole drill and exhaust water pipe. They refused to give me bills for said extras and instead only gave me a Samsung Bill of 2,400 INR.

Product is very super & cooling performance is nice & wind free technology is ultimate. But the only issue is Instalation from samsung.They give some contractors to install they did not do properly. Samsung and Amazon please change the installation that is only issue.
Pros: Wind free, Cooling performance, Big indoor and outdoor
Cons: Third-party installation from samsung, they provide contractor in Chennai location

Smarthings support is not available on the 2023 model. I bought thinking it is wifi ready but I’ve been misled.

AC is looking beautiful. Excellent cooling.Outdoor Unit is too heavy and efficient. Overall Samsung AC totally worth it.
