Ye machine bilkul sahi nhi hai isse kapre saf hote hi n hai aur to aur iska time bap re bap koi kapre dal do ek ghnte 2 ghnte 4 ghnte tk chlta hi rhta hai and at last kapra Ganda hi rhta hai i should advice to all user or who are trying to purchase this type of washing machine please don’t purchase.

The packaging was not at all good, machine came with dust and scratches, there was no protective film on the machine except only on the control pannel.
Now let’s come to the usage,
The wash modes are all good, you’d only use 3-4 modes usually.
Machine makes a lot of noise while washing but is almost silent when only spinning.
Wash quality is not good, and the smartphone control is annoying it keeps getting disconnected and you have to manually press the “smart control” button on the machine when it automatically disconnected, which makes no sense.
The size of the machine is a bit small as compared to other brands but the drum size is big.
Overall it’s not worth the money, you can get much better machines with heater for less price.

Washing Machine is Easy to use but consume a lot of water. Sensing feature of Clothing quantity not that good, takes more water then expected. Application support OK but need to go back to washer for applying settings. Overall you can say it useless feature

It’s good when you are very busy not to do washing but you can easily operate with your mobile I love it.
It’s good to fit and comfort to move I think it’s good for heavy equipment –
The media could not be loaded.
Though it is mentioned as 10kg , I doubt if this can accomodate that much compared to IFB or other Washing machines as the Tub size is too small from dia and depth. Washing quality is pathetic – not even able to remove soap stains despite of using Washing Liquid and in worst case if u use washing powder through tray in machine – leaves soap stains everywhere in clothes !!! Not sure why they developed such machine which can’t even remove any stains and rather leave soap stains!!! Regret spending so much in useless machine !!!
