Really happy with the performance of the TV….really mind-blowing awesome picture quality and sound quality…..\n\npros-\n1.the rms 40 watt 4 channel speaker with dolby digital plus support have great bass and loudness with awesome clarity of mid and high tones…..powerful enough to rock a medium to large hall…no home theatre or sound bar required\n2. mindblowing picture quality obviously this is always expected from samsung……samsung makes some of the best panels…..this is a VA panel with dled….has HDR support….also have microdimming pro technology….the colors are vibrant, punchy supert, constrast ratio is par excellence, dynamic range is awesome…..can enjoy superb hdr content from netflix, amazon prime or usb….the blacks are deep inky pure awesome….viewing angles are great….\n3. built quality is also great as always from samsung\n4. great after sale service of samsung…..for ur peace of mind…..samsung provides the best service ever…. installation was done timely and i have previously used samsung products and they have never disappointed with service\n\ncons-\n1.should have added 1 more usb port\n2. hotstar is not available in rizen os right now but will come by early bext year so just nitpicking\n\nconclusion- TV is something which we buy for long term use….ao i would suggest you to go for reputed brands like samsung/sony/ lg….a full hd tv from these brand will anyday kill the cheap 4k tvs from chinese brands in terms of picture quality……so really if peace of mind and quality of service and product is important for you then always go for samsung/sony/lg/panasonic rather than loosing peace sleep over mi,iffalcon, tcl or other other low budget tv maker

But you get best picture experience.

Flipkart delivery was very prompt and installation was done through samsung authorised service. the exchange process was also a breeze. the TV is worth every penny. Full HD is very crisp and clear but sd input blurs a bit , i am not sure whether it has an upscaler or not. there is also slight blurring in rapidly moving objects especially in dark backgrounds. the sound is awesome with high volume levels and good bass. overall a nice buy

Big regret buying this TV. Read before buying.\nLet me start with the cons first because these were significant problems I faced because my research wasn’t thorough enough before buying online. Make sure you dont commit the same mistakes i did and do your reasearch or just buy from the store. I also made the mistake of replacing my old, more expensive tv with this cheaper one.\n\nCons:\n-Very low frame rate, only 50hz. This is as low as it gets on a tv nowadays. Very bad for viewing anything with fast motion and particularly bad during camera pans. Auto motion plus setting which fixes this issue is also missing. I didn’t realize how important this is before buying this tv. I realized my previous tv had 60hz and it was significantly better. Listen up: if you play games/watch sports especially football, or anything with fast motions and camera pans, don’t buy this tv. First time I watched a football game I almost threw up. So much motion blur and ghosting, makes it unwatchable. For everything else, its fine.\n\n-Sound: Many people here are raving about the sound of the tv. I personally found it extremely bad. Being very bass heavy, its way too loud for home viewing. The bass itself is very muddy and overpowering. The dialogues in movies are barely audible over the unnecessarily loud background music. I had people from other rooms always keep telling me to lower the volume but if you do, you wouldn’t be able to comprehend any dialogue. No amount of tweaking could change this. Your best bet would be to set the sound mode to optimised and turn concert system off. \nNothing that can’t be fixed though. If you don’t like the sound, hook up a soundbar. However I’m disappointed because the 40W concert sound system was one of the main selling points of this tv. If loudness and bass is all you care about then go for it.\n\n-Remote: Ancient remote from the older cheaper samsung models. Doesn’t even feel like I’m watching a smart tv. Not a dealbreaker but disappointing nonetheless.\n\n\nUnlike me, all these might not be a big deal for most people. But had I known before, I wouldn’t have purchased.\n\nIts not all bad though. \n\nPros:\n-The OS is very good. Its quick and responsive. No issues so far. Does most things tou expect from a smart tv flawlessly.\n\n-Picture Quality is impressive. The stock picture setting isn’t very good. Make sure to change the picture mode to movie mode to get the best picture quality. Then also change the colour tone to standard if you don’t like the warm tones.

Awesome TV ,awesome picture quality and blacks are really very deep. Software support is awesome, All the streamings apps are available ,very easy to use software ,great sound clarity and loudness. Remote looks a bit outdated, there should be voice recognition at least. overall totally value for money with brand value.

This tv is worth your every penny. Picture is just crystal clear with your HD setup box or dishtv. Sound is incredible and will give you feel of every instrument and music lovers will love this. Connectivity is also pretty fat and does not lag. You need to search for apps which are not in built. Samsung comes with its own trust and security so I would spend my money on something like this rather than on less expensive but not trusted brands.
