I’ve bought it a couple of months back and I like everything about it – Picture quality, sound, connectivity, etc. Though I faced small issue with casting mobile and other devices on this TV initially but looks like Samsung has intentionally made some changes to the software so that you have to first add a device and then you can cast it, which is good as not anyone or everyone would be able to cast their device any time. Samsung service is very proactive and as long as TV is under warranty, they don’t hesitate repairing or replacing anything which may be faulty.

Bought this for parents, they love the TV. It was easy to use for my parents and 50′ is a great size for viewing at distance. The sound however was softer compared to the older CRT TV but I guess there’s no surprise with LED TVs. The TV has great set of smart features, easy to access even for my parents who are only getting to grips with the smart appliances now. On the plus side, there was a promotion which added 3 more years of warranty for the panel. \n\nDelivered and installed the same day by the same guys. In fact done this 2 days ahead of the delivery estimate, which kind of threw us off as we weren’t prepared. But the team (two guys) were patient and connected it to WiFi & gave a good demo of how to use the TV. Unfortunately the space wasn’t suitable for wall-mounting which is not their fault. \n\nMy only issue is that they didn’t wear masks, its not safe for them nor my parents in their 60s. My parents also forgot to ask/remind them but once cam imagine in the current pandemic a professional installer would follow protocol. Further they asked my parents for money (though very small amount, which we would’ve given anyway as a tip) after installing the TV. The TV is supposed to have installation included as per the order information. I would have given 5 stars if not for these installer issues.
