1- This machine is not manufactured by Samsung India but by a company in Dehradun named Dixon Technologies Ltd. so why samsung. Croma Reconnect all are doing the same thing. Just putting there stamp.\nStill its not that important if the product is good.\n2- we have used many semi automatic washing machines from different brands but this is the worst. Very very very noisy, and shakes too much. Rinsing also doesn’t work properly. Technicians don’t accept this fault so you can’t get a refund.\nJust don’t put your money on this . This is the worst purchase ever made in my lifetime. \nNever expected this from Samsung.
