Pros:\n- Got this washing machine on big billion day exchange offer at rs 8500. With this price range this is the most suitable 6.5kg machine you will get.\n- The design is top notch.\n- After using for 4 months i am quite satisfied with the performance. It can take good amount of load and washes very neat and clean.\n- There are enough modes available for your need. I usually take the quick wash options.\n- installation was quick and done with in a day.\n- Doesn’t product much sound during wash.\n\nCons:\n- with this price range this is the best you can get. No cons as such.

Nice and very simple to use it. Even uneducated people can operate this washing machine easily. Strong metal body. Very less noice and vibration(almost nothing to consider). Energy efficient 5star rating. My mother liked it and feeling very relax to compare with semi automatic washing machine. At first she worried about in operating this machine before I’m purchasing it but she find very comfortable in first go. Some reason we installed it in kitchen by buying additional utilities like tap, 3meter inlet and outlet pipes. So far no problem. Customer service technician came in 2days explained how to operate this machine. So I suggest if anyone want to buy this product go for it.

I bought Samsung 6.5 kgs model. The biggest negative point, it has only 2 years warranty on both machine and motor. In contast we have company’s like ifb for same top load w. machine gives 4 years on machine and 10 years on motor and other good company gives min 5 years on motor……this is a big let down from samsung……. apart from this washing is good….and washing too, my experience suggest..,max 4kg of dry clothes is good for this machine….otherwise more than 4kg clothes drum space will be less and washing is not that good……..overall good but not best……and energy rating is only 3 star.,…,one thing I noticed there small water leak from outlet pipe, even when the normal/soak wash is underway…….I don’t know if this normal or abnormal, if anyone has the same please in the comment section\n\nRaised complaint regarding water leakage.,…the service men rectified it only on his third trip…earlier two trips didn’t cleared the issue…..now everything is working fine.

It is not washing that fast like semi automatic. Also the rpm mentioned in flipkart is 680 but the samsung engg told it is 400. Which is very bad. Look wise it is good and compatible in small place. I will suggest to check other models and compare with the performance.\n\nSamsung sevice is good. Demo and information given properly.
