We bought this unit and got it installed in a day by Samsung Authorized Installation Agents.
Pros –
Nice Cooling
noiseless
Cons –
Samsung do not provide water outlet pipe
Samsung do not provide Electric cable from unit to your electric socket and plug is also missing
bulky outdoor unit (even though I had provision of stand, it was useless due to sheer size of the unit)
The AC was making a loud noise periodically from indoor unit and we had to return it. The pain started from there. Due to lockdown, Amazon stopped all the deliveries and no other product was available to purchase.
Biggest disappointment was about refund of uninstallation charges as promised by Amazon agent during telephonic conversation. She confirmed that once the uninstallation is done and the product is picked up, I will get Rs. 500/- back in my Amazon Pay account immediately. To my surprise, when I inquired after not receiving the amount in my Amazon Pay account, I was told to furnish the bill which was not mentioned at the time of committing the reimbursement.
All-in-all, this defective product cost me more than Rs. 3,000/- for no fault of mine.

I received the product on Friday. I trust Samsung products, they are good no doubt about that.
The installation team started calling me from Saturday morning, I provided them the exact address and location map. Then somebody else called asking the same information. They just bombarded with calls and ruined my day, very unprofessional.
Then a team of unmasked, unequipped, unorganized and Non Technical arrived with out ladder and opened the whole products parts on the floor and then they went out to get some missing equipment and it is now three hours they did not show up. All the product and the parts etc. are just lying in a unorganized way on the floor
I’m still waiting, they even not picking up the phone to answer my call.
My whole day ruined and my family and routine get into disasters’ situation. I want Amazon to make a serious note of this complaint and coordinate with Samsung and its third party installation team and take some action that they will not ruin the day of client and improve their services to meet installation demands.
On the Next day proper organized team from Samsung arrived and Done the installation Job Satisfactorily

IT’S A GOOD BUY if you get this model for Rs. 36000.
Pros:
1. It’s a really good ac. ( reduced 1 star because i feel this online models have a lot of compromises when compared to a showroom samsung model for a fraction of more price ) PLEASE DO TALK TO LOCAL SHOPS FOR SAME MODEL PRICE AND FEATURES BEFORE BUYING ONLINE.
2. Lowest noise level of indoor unit: 24db : your ceiling fan makes more noise than the ac.
3. Indoor Ac unit is compact compared to other LG and Godrej ac that i have.
4. Very Power Efficient. You can Check the power consumption of the ac in real time.
5. Installation happened on the same day of delivery. ( Tip: directly call samsung for installation as soon as you get the product delivered. )
6. Both the Copper Condenser ( indoor and outdoor ) units have Blue color protective coating.
Cons:
1. Bacterial and virus Filter is missing from the indoor ac unit.
2. Horizontal Flow is manual. the button on the remote has no use.
3. Same model is present in flipkart for Rs. 36,000 (non flora edition). I purchased it for Rs. 37,500 from amazon because flipkart was not delivering this ac at my pin-code.
4. The outdoor unit is very big. I have 3 other ACs from Godrej, LG and Voltas. But the samsung has the biggest outdoor unit.
7. Showroom purchased modals have 5 year Comprehensive warranty and WiFi which this online model doesn’t. [ YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED ] Try contacting a local showrooms for price and benefits before buying online.

I am writing review after 3 years. This product is still as good as new. Highly energy efficient and sturdy. Running for 3 years now without any maintenance.

Product pros:
1. 5 star with ISEER 5.2 rating
2. Affordable price for 5.2 rating
3. Dust filter
4. Free installation
5. All other features in the description
AC Cons:
1. Stand for outdoor unit is not included
2. Only 2-way swing
3. Remote doesn’t have LED backlight. Its a pain to use the remote in the dark.
4. Noise level is 45dB. Could be quieter. Not a big deal though
Additional Costs:
Installation details given in https://www.amazon.in/b/ref=amb_link_2?ie=UTF8&node=14621404031 are perhaps outdated because the installation team charged rupees 1000/meter for extra copper wire whereas in the given link, it is mentioned as 750/meter. The installation team blamed inflation when asked.
Stand for the outdoor unit is charged 750. The extra copper pipe, cord wire, drain pipe, clamps, etc costed 5000 as extra 3meters was needed in our home. The AC comes wit 3meter worth of these materials by the way. Thankfully, installation was free of cost.
Installation team review:
1. Unsatisfactory installation
2. Unprofessional behavior
3. Too long installation time
Incident: Drain pipe started leaking in couple of minutes after installation. We called them back immediately and they just used tape to stop the leakage at 2 places. Later that night, it started leaking again but from other places. But when called again, they refused to fix it and suggested us to use the tape.
The next day, we raised a complaint to Samsung and asked them to send a senior person to visit. This new guy(professional) concluded that the drain pipes were damaged and those types of drain pipe shouldn’t have been used in the first place(as its 6m between indoor and outdoor unit). So, he replaced the whole drain pipe with PVC pipe free of charge and fixed very quickly. Its been almost 2 weeks and there’s no issue so far.
