Let me tell you what no one told you about in any of the reviews.
THE HINGE ISSUE OF THE BUDS. (Hence the 4 Stars)
Although the material and the sturdiness of the case is pretty improved from the 1st gen Buds Pro.
Samsung did not fix the plastic Hinge of the Case. See the video in the review, and you’ll see
there’s a small wobble on the lid to the left and right when trying to open. I noticed this wobble right out of the box. I was not sure, if the item was defective or that’s how it was supposed to be.
2 Days later, I contacted Samsung support since amazon only had an option to Return and not Replacement (Bought it on sale, so I dint want to return and wait for another sale). Samsung support clearly did not accept the issue and told me get it replaced/returned to the seller because the wobble is not supposed to happen.
The next day, I went to an exclusive Samsung store nearby. They had all the buds on display there right from Buds Pro. Buds 2 and Buds 2 Pro. I spoke to the advisor there and told him the issue, he said the wobble is not supposed to happen. What happened after this, changed my mind about returning the buds. Me and the advisor went to check all of the displayed buds there, All the Buds Case Lid had this wobble issue. Note this, This wobble issue is present on all the Released buds till date (Check Reddit forum for confirmation).
My friend’s Buds Pro case had this same issue, and he hasn’t noticed that for a year before I told him.
This review is for the people who notice it right out of the box and get alarmed, just slap a protective case as soon as you get the Buds and you’re good to go. There’s nothing we can do about the hinge issue, since it’s a plastic hinge and the wobble is persistent in any buds you buy.
Nonetheless, The buds2 Pro is a Beautiful looking buds. The best in this Price range.
Literally Heaven, to listen to. (given you set up the Equalizer in the app to your liking).

These are just great IF you have a Samsung Galaxy phone (which fortunately I have). To use this with my wife’s Mi phone, I need to download a separate software to make it work nice.
The noise cancellation is just awesome – I used this in my helmet while driving thru peak traffic and was still able to have a normal conversation with the person on the other line. Battery life has been great too. Fit can be better.
The only thing I didn’t like was the multi-device connectivity – I thought there will be seamless switch between my Surface Laptop 7 and my Galaxy phone but nooooo … there is multi-device connectivity with seamless switch only when you have Samsung devices, all logged in with the same Samsung account 🙁

Its a amazing earbuds. It works best with samsung phones. 360 audio will blow your mind. Its simply amazing. Also the beats are so crisp and clear, you will enjoy every punch and beats of the music. Fits wonderfully on the ears. You can easily go for running, there is no worrying sign to fall down. I bought in an offer, got in 10k… Its better to buy in an offer rather than purchasing in 18k

Sometimes, I hear clicking sound in ANC and ambient noise settings. Once a receiver of my call complained that he was hearing water falls in the background. There was none such from where I made the call.
A couple of times, one of the buds rab out of power earlier than the other. It still happens if I let buds go down all the way.
