Samsung should think before selling this type of crappy product. But love Amazon and customer support was great. They helped me from word complain. They got me full refund. And doing independent investigation into this seller.

I was excited about this phone. The first time I received a faulty phone. In no time it was replaced. Thanks to the super Amazon customer service
So after using it for a week I feel it’s just not worth the price. It’s a super delicate phone, Not waterproof, the phone heats up quickly, overall I would only give a 5 out of 10.

Its amazing phone. I love the flip phone. I got it for good offer price. Worth it. Screen is amazing. Watching movies like on HD TV. Prime videos HD quality super. No complaints from my side

Literal duro 30min, llegó totalmente descargado y se conecto a corriente en ese momento todo estaba en orden, a los 30min decido desdoblarlo para revisar su porcentaje de carga y me llevo tremenda decepción ” le apareció una línea vertical en el display” por lo tanto pedí reembolso.
Fuera de eso el envío fue de un día para otro y en cuanto al equipo solo puedo decir que es “hermoso”, no parece ser la compra más inteligente más bien te lo compras por darte el gusto

The product I got in very minimal price. But within a week it’s screen got spoiled. When I contacted Samsung service centre they told this is an old phone and it’s warranty was over an year ago. Amazon sold me telling that it’s new phone.

I think person who is buying this mobile is aware of that..but the main concept of flip phone is executed well and feels fresh
