It’s lightening fast, but it’s just a little faster than the Samsung Evo Select. But the Evo Select gives you 500 out of possible 512. The Samsung Pro Ultimate has 477 out of 512. Idk if it’s worth the extra money for losing 23 GBs worth of memory. That’s several or couple movies. At least 5, 4k movies or games. All for running things a little faster. I’ve used it in my computer and my phone. Like I said, it may run a little faster but for the same playback speed and at least 23 GBs worth of memory and performance (it’s Samsung so either way it’s excellent pro or evo memory), get Evo Select.

I was very excited to see this new Samsung Pro Ultimate. I got this to replace an older card, a SanDisk Extreme Pro, because I wanted the faster speed and needed a bigger card. Unfortunately, this new Samsung PRO ULTIMATE is MUCH SLOWER than the Sandisk Extreme Pro. I’m afraid to put such a slow card in my drone. I tried a side by side comparisons, both cards formatted exFAT, then tested as NTFS. First I tried to transfer a big file (6.2G) to each; this card (Samsung) completed in 1 minute, 14 seconds, the Sandisk did the test in 46 seconds. It was repeated several times, with the same result. Then I tried multiple attempts using CrystalDiskMark 8, and got the same type result. This should be named Samsung Standard, and they are very wrong listing the fast transfer rates for both read and write. I wasted lots of time on this.
