Hey there, I’ve been using these headphones regularly for the past 6 months now, and so lemme tell you about everything which I’ve discovered till now…so first of all, this is probably NOT the best choice for BASS LOVERS, this won’t provide you with any head shaking bass, but bass is punchy and kicks in right when it has to…The connectivity is great, but can trouble you sometimes if you use them wirelessly for meetings, the sound quality is pretty awesome, deep clarity about the notes, perfect lows and highs, just lacks a bit in the mids, but you won’t even notice that…gives you one of the best listening experience in all types of genres…The ANC is one of the things I didn’t like about it, when you turn on the ANC, a very little amount of sound,mostly like fans is blocked from outside, and the bass gets affected too when ANC is on, but as soon as you put these headphones on, it already blocks most of the outside noise, and when you play music with ANC off, you still won’t be able to hear a thing from outside which is a rare thing…The best part about this is indeed the battery life, obviously lasts upto 25-30 hours, and gets charged to around 75% in just 15 mins, impressive!Talking about the comfort, they are lightweight, have perfect clamping force, and have pretty soft earpads which cover all your ear and seals it, and so there is no soundleak as well…You can also change the sound according to oyu using their app…Finally putting everything together, value for the money if you listen to different genres and ofc if you are a music lover…Satisfied with the purchase and performance tho…trust me sennheiser won’t upset you 🙂

The product is really great and comfortable . The sound quality is amazing and noise cancellation is pretty good in this range of budget. The sound quality is the awesome and having a tight grip over your head and easy to carry .
The carry bag and cables are included also included which are extremely useful. The manufacturing quality is good .
Overall i would suggest to buy it if you are not looking for a good microphone. The product is worth to buy.

It’s sturdy, battery lasts long enough, decent highs & lows…Baseline Average, sound clarity above average for the price…overall decent product, feels like a good buy even after 3 months of regular use.

The overall product is good. This is my first bluetooth over the ear headphones. It is a little tight, have to remove for comfort atleast once during am 60 min meeting. Doesnot seem to fit my ears completely so it causes a little irritant. At times it gives a creaky sound. Not sure why. But the range is very good. I can move around without any break in the audio.

I returned the ones I bought. I will say the sound was very good for this price range when I compared to two other brands. Hence I still gave the product 4 start. I just am very picky about how things feel on my head. This one feels heavy and like it’s pressing down on the top of my head when I have them on. Other brands, the weight is distributed more across the head.

What I like about this product after using it for a week:
1. Sennheiser sound quality profile with a frequency response of 18 Hz to 22 kHz
2. Quick Bluetooth connection with multiple devices
3. Build quality and the comfortable fit for all-day use
4. Playback with ANC – 30 Hours
And, what I didn’t like about the product:
1. ANC is not perfectly what I had expected, it is able to cancel the lower frequencies mostly like the noise of the fan, AC, TV from another room, but I can still hear the voices around me. Basically, ANC has no effect on the mids and highs from the ambient noise.
2. By default, aptX is selected as A2DP when connected (which gives low quality audio with my devices as they don’t have aptX support), It takes an additional step to switch to AAC or SBC for better sound quality. It would be great if we can get an option to swith profile from the Sennheizer mobile app.
Edit: I was able to switch A2DP profile to AAC with Android App – “A2DP Setting”, and also found a way to switch profile in Linux and now looking for ways to do the same in Windows.

I bought this 23 months ago, the ear pads started tearing very badly after about 7 months of WFH use (without any travel-related wear & tear, in the lockdown).
They DO NOT HAVE ANY EASY TO ACCESS CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERS IN MUMBAI/ INDIA, NO ONE PICKS CALLS, SO NO customer service worth the name, which is a shame.
DON’T BUY SENNHEISER IF U NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE in India.
