I was attracted to this kettle by its brand name but am very disappointed as It has some basic problems: 1) there is no visible water level indicator, 2) the lid doesn’t close properly. Steam comes out from all around it, which can cause injuries to the person handling it and lastly 3) the kettle is unusually very heavy making it difficult to handle especially by elderly peoples.
