Packing not found proper, manufacturing defect as door/Lid remain open, not shut off and take time to more time to cook.

Mentioned the product made in India but it is chinese manufacturing. wrong info given till today on flipcart listing about country of origin. i got mislead and purchased. I had to gift on special dag of someone so could not return as well.
Changing to 3 Star as the product is good in performance, just origin was China which is not acceptable.

Recieved the OTG on 24.7.2020.
The door is not closing properly. Complained to official Singer and raised query regarding the door , whether the gap in the door will affect performance of the OTG or not.
Singer official person coming tomorrow(28.7.2020) for demo. If it has manufacturing defect then i have to return the product.
Packaging is also not proper got one side damage.
The below is the reply i got from singer official(30.7.2020).
The gap is designed intentionally to ventilate the moisture, heat and smoke inside the OTG when cooking and baking. If there is no gap then there are chances of bursting and cracking of the OTG glass and performance will be bad because of inside moisture. There is no heat loss with this gap and will not affect the performance.

It’s a medium-large oven, just about perfect for frequent cooking
Works well enough
No complaints for casual usage
Premium enough for a casual amateur user
Shortcomings for professional grade users or those who expect a little bit more:
Size is largish but not as large as you’d expect.
No crumb tray supplied.
Single grill tray supplied, one more is badly needed for larger cooking needs. Or use baking tray and grill tray for 2-tier cooking.
Rotisserie is a basic single rod and not a multi-skewer type. Not possible to cook multiple kebab rods.
Handle does heat up a bit despite of double glazed glass door.
Not highly recommended for professional grade users but great for average users.
