Very good 5.1 speakers for the price, I didn’t do much research on buying the home theater, watched couple of videos and came across this model of sony.. \n\nPros\n1.Sony is always the best in designing and presentation of their product.\n2.Soundbar looks stylish and gives a good look to the room and setup\n3.Woofer box is well made and good control system as well.\n4.Remote works well.\n5.Wire length is ample, even though I want to extend some 10 mtrs more to reach back of my room for the rear speakers\n6.hdmi arc with your tv will suffice your audio needs.\n7. Shoots great sound with PS4 and Online Streaming platforms\nCons\n1. One big concern is bass output. It’s not really bad , but if you are a bass lover , u better check before buying this.. I’ll give 3.5/5 for Bass on this product. Not bad too…\n2. Didn’t see an option to control rear speaker volume. It’s little less for my liking\n\nOverall it is satisfying all my needs and great product.. I got this for rs 13200 from Flipkart.

Excellent audio quality. Thise people who complain bass is not good, please change your input.\nBeing 400watt it is the best in its class, and sound is crisp and clear.\nBass is well balanced and much deeper. Overall an excellent investment if you’re looking for a good home theatre.\nAnd yes, would have liked if the front speakers were separated from front left and front right and the separation of sound is almost none.

Sony sound is best for indian users\n\nPros\n1. Good design\n2. Sound clarity is decent\n3. Responds well with arc compatable TV’s\n4. No signal loss in Bluetooth\n5. Has usb port for music playback\n6. Dolby digital support for watching 5.1channel movies in optical option\n7. Good price range\n\nCons\n1. Wireing is a problem\n2. Surround speakers wires are attached\n3. They could have add fan, vent holes are their which is of no use to prevent heat for daily use\n4.. Woofer bass is average don’t expect like conventional Home theatre\n5. Soundbar channel separation is poor comparing to rt3 soundbar or other company sound bar\n6.USB Supports only MP3 files\n7.Usb playback UI is basic and lagi if their is more music or other files in pendrive.\n8.Don’t expect more in multichannel because it plays like stereo because theirs only EQ adjustment in these settings auto, standard, movie and music mode\n9. In multi channel the could have option like DOLBY Pro-logic or DOLBY Pro-logic 2 for getting real theatre effect for 2 channel audio source playback\n10. Could have added coaxial in, and stereo RCA in insted of 3.5mm.

Best Budget Home Theater. Bass is good as expected, satellite speaker wire was 10 mtr. which was a plus point. Ideal for 15ft. X 15ft. Room.

I am writing this review after using this product 1 months… I will describe it one by one\nPros and cons \nPROS —\n1. Sound is too good in this prise\n2. To get Best dolby sound with surround effect you should have DVD OR BLUE RAY PLAYER or TV with HD connection with out put of sound through OPTICAL CABLE. \n3. You get active woofer in this prise as it has a woofer sound control in a remote\n4. If you connect it with BT or audio cable you should use music mode in a remote to get sound from all speakers \n5. For cinematic sound effect with surround sound in HD channel you must connect it with optical cable and in a DTH go to user setting than audio than choose dolby digital through HDMI if you are connected to TV or dolby digital through SPDIF if you connect it directly to ur DTH. \n\nCONS—-\n1. It doesn’t content optical cable.\n2. Wire for a rare speakers is too short so you have to add wire which is so difficult because it has a different speaker sockets \n3. It doesn’t hav a rare speaker volume control so you can’t enhance volume if you install it in a big room. \n4. Don’t have a MP3 track selection or album selection if you are using USB to play music.

Thanks flipkart for the timely delivery. The build quality of the product is awesome and the design is classy. When it comes to the sound you will be amazed by sony sound clarity. Cristal clear sound!!!. I am not a base head but the base is perfect and its balanced. I couldnt feel any distortion and I recommend this for a medium size room since the channel separation in soundbar is above average. Talking about the surround sound it can deliver a decent performance. There are multiple modes available to tune the sound which i found very useful and practical. Use Hdmi arc or optical cabe for better 5.1 performance. No hdmi or optical cable in the box, you have to purchase it separately. Bluetooth works fine and sound quality over bluetooth is also very good. I bought it for 13k during flipkart big savings days. Bang for the buck!!!

Best 5.1 sound system at this budget that too from sony which has Dolby digital audio support. Loved it, the channel separation is awesome when connected through hdmi arc or optical input and configured the settings correctly ( takes some reading on the manual). Overall the best entry level 5.1 system from sony. Just go for it.
