Defective item, hardly worth the fuss of returning.

Total rubbish don’t buy this because after using only for 4 weeks the headphones started to have problems like when you are talking over the phone the other person can’t hear you clearly or there is a very bad cracking noise on the other side.
Do not buy save your money.

It’s a shame, I brought these after my earphones (of the same model) broke after 2 years and these broke after 2 months with the same usage. The first being from Sainsbury’s and the other Amazon 🤷♂️

Bought two pairs and both pairs are now in bin! Both developed same fault. The right side speaker stopped working after two weeks use. Terrible product

I got it for 783. I was expecting a good product at this range. Its packing was good, but the build quality is poor. The wires are like local headphones, and the sound quality is just fine. It does not live upto the expectations we have from a brand like Sony. Not for music lovers. Good for using as Handsfree. So instead of this, buy local headphones if you want a handsfree, or else spend 3-4 hundred extra to buy Higher range Sony headphones or some other good company ones.
In one line, I am disappointed. Not worth 750.
