Low sound even it is at full volume. Bass is ok. Sony headphone App and the interface is good. The upper cover hinge makes a creeky sound while opening and closing.

It is quite big in size in comparison to other TWS and is average fit in ear. Battery backup is exceptionally good with ANC on it will give 8 hrs of backup in one go

First I wish to say about seller who is selling outdated products. This is something which flipkart have to pay attention. Second this earbud sometimes lost music from left side sometime from right side. I have reset it to factory settings two times. I also called sony support. Lastly this earbud is totally pain in my both ears if I wear it for 1 hour or so.
