Pros –
Light weight
Excellent sound quality, by default has a falt EQ but can be changed to bassier or any other variant u want in the app
ANC and AMBIENT SOUND can’t stress enough how good they’re
Latest SW update has enabled support for simultaneous 2 device convention
Extras – App offers in ear pressure reading, EQ, DSEE (Sony proprietary codec) LDAC support, in ear buds fit and some more
Cons –
Avg battery life
Mic quality will be a tad compromised if u’re coming from neckbands but compared to samasung galaxy buds pro, they’re a monumental upgrade probably comparable to Jabra elite 75t level..
U cannot change individual functionality of taps on earbuds as there are built in profiles for each given by sony
Conclusion – do not get 1000xm4 as they’re a bit weary and linkbuds s offer everything that 1000xm4 others with better mic quality but a lesser bass performance, at 17k they’re really good, but for better value wait for any Flipkart or CC/DC card discounts and u can get it as low as 10K (my paying price) but they’re often for 14k as well

Sound – Typical Sony sound signature. I own wi-xb400 neckband, the sound quality is 20% better on the linkbuds s. Tip- use the bright preset with a manually increased clear bass for best experience.
Battery – using on LDAC gives around 4.5-5 hours on buds. Will update over all backup if possible.
ANC – works, don’t expect wonders
Call Quality – no complains from the other side yet.
Connectivity – multipoint works on two devices but you’ll have to stop playback on the first to play on second. Observed a split second drop in music on LDAC in outdoor ANC mode, nothing major.
Touch Controls works good, it’s time sony should add customisable controls though.
Got it for 10k with discounts. Considering the tws form factor and the features you are paying a premium over the neckbands. You can consider the C500s as the ANC is not at the level of the over the ears yet.

Excellent and best small size earbuds. Battery life 6hrs. Baas is so crisp clean and punchy. These are very loud than xm4 and momentum 3. Very comfortable to wear and light weight. Must have for bass lovers.

I got this Sony LinkBuds S for an amazing deal of 10k. I was thinking of going for the Sony WF-1000XM4, but it looks bulkier and many said it’s very uncomfortable in ears for long time usage so I went for this instead.
Sound Quality is amazing right from the box (without any EQ), Bass is great and thumpy, ANC cuts almost all the sounds in the environment.
Comfort wise, these are so light and fit very comfortably in the ears without pushing too hard inside the ear canals. Most of the time I did not even notice it was in my ears.
Will update more on this after using it for a month or so. And so far, so good.
