Left year bud is not working.Looks like it is preplanned selling planned by seller to sell the faulty product. I am not able to return the product because of sellers terms and condition..Flipkart what kind of nonsense is this

Sound quality is very good specially the bass, i mean…. it’s stunning. But i received faulty product.The right earbud’s button isn’t working, i can’t play/pause or change any song. Although, Flipkart offered me quick replacment for this product and the new product will be delivered within 2-3 days so I’ll update my review again after receiving the replacment product. And one more and most important thing i want to tell you, whoever is complaining about it’s sound and bass quality, i would recommend them to kindly change those eartips and use appropriate eartips provided in the box so that the earbuds can properly get fit in the ears coz using appropriate eartips matters a lot when we listen music.
Update – Got the replacment product today and it’s working great. Play/pause button is also working on the right earbud. Got the replacement product only within 3 days.
