I am not satisfied with product and there is no return policy. They have only replacement.

I bought them in 6246 in Big billion days. They work very good and battery life is around 25hrs. I am writing this review after using them for 2 months and sound quality is good. Noise cancellation is a add on advantage and a reason for cost. They are comfortable for offline work.

Noice cancellation is not good you can still listen to the background noice and mic doesnt work properly, I got feedback from many people they hearing eco in voice a d eventually I had to switch to my old wired headphones , sometime it produces noice in a call might be bluetooth connectivity problem. You can enjoy your fvrt songs that’s it. It is useless for wfh setup

If you are looking for wireless calling headphones then go for it. But if you are looking for best music experience then go for other headphones.
I tried it on WhatsApp, phone, zoom & Microsoft Teams call. It works well and able to cancel the fan noise, but the noise coming from neighbours etc then it won’t be able to cancel that.

-Battery last for a week on average of 6 to 7 hrs of use.

– Mic is good for phone call.

This is worst pair of headphones i have ever used….There is nothing good in these headphones for this price range..The worst !!…I am really angry for wasting my money..Did not expect this from sony…The plastic that is used in the headphones is basically similar to those in chinese toys.It easily breaks under the least tension when using headphones.Faq u sony !!!💔🤬😡🤬

They have compromised on the looks and the quality of material used but an excellent sound signature.
