Review edited. I’m now really disappointed in regard to performance of this oven. Since last few months both the burners are not working properly. Flow of gas somehow disrupts nd flame goes down. Both the burners have same problem. After consultation with a experienced technician it has been found that the nozzle(s) are being chocked simultaneously.
After repeated requests since 23/8/2021 made through e-mail to customer care of Sunflame Co., they didn’t bother to resolve my problem. Ultimately I had to reject the glass top oven. As it was not working properly. I’m in doubt whether the company is earlier reputed one or fake. Now I’m feeling why I was trusted on the brand name. I should have been checked it out first about the present status of the concern. So, don’t buy repeat don’t buy any product of Sunflame, otherwise, you will be cheated like me. Lastly, a genuine customer’s request to flipkart that don’t sale any product of Sunflame.
