It is good looking cooktop but little pricey compared to its competition. Size in width mentioned was 60 cms, but it is bigger than that so extends beyond the Chimney.

Gas flow is an issue just in 3 months after buying.Flame has become low . Sunflame service in Kolkata is extremely poor .. Compliant registered on customer care but no service given.
My wrong choice.

If it works, you are lucky, if you have problems forget you will get any service.
Call service centre, a service person will visit and simply close the complainant, then complain you should complian again, call the customer service, they will escalate and then escalate and then escalate, then escalate, till your Warrenty is over 😜. Now since the escalator is not working you should Write mail to customer care, but the person sitting infront of monitor is grade 1 passed, and during pandamic schools are closed, by the time your 5 year warranty goes into drain, he might be able read something but then it’s useless as the escalator was, now your Warrenty is over 😜, In one sentence, if it works you are lucky, rest you money goes into the burning SUN-FLAME,💤💤💤😂😂
