Really it’s good product , worthful of money.

Need to Improve:- when we close water tabe of water purifier the tabe handle interrupte and water fall on tabe handle.

I have purchased the product recently, the installation was smooth. The Installation Engineer while installing on my home told that pressure regulator needs to be installed and it will cost me Rs.1400/- and i enquired that it was not mentioned anywhere in amazon site. He told that it will be informed if i would have purchased the same from a retail store. The Regulator was not in a sealed cover or package and he forced me to take that. He told that without that if i install then machine will get repaired soon. So, while hearing that i agreed to purchase that, no bill was given to me till date. The water seems to get purified, but taste wise its ok only. The cost is also pretty high while comparing other water purifier. As on date no complaints it is compact and easy to install also.

I believe that a more balanced approach to gathering customer feedback would be more effective and less irritating. Perhaps the company could consider alternative methods such as periodic email surveys or creating an online platform where customers can voluntarily share their experiences at their convenience. This way, those who genuinely want to provide feedback can do so without feeling overwhelmed or pestered.
To Eureka Forbes, I encourage you to reevaluate your approach to requesting reviews. Remember that satisfied customers are more likely to organically share their positive experiences, especially if they are given the space and freedom to do so. By finding a middle ground and respecting the boundaries of your customers, you can foster a more positive and enduring relationship with them.
Overall, my experience with the water purifier has been positive, but the incessant review requests have dampened my enthusiasm. I hope Eureka Forbes takes this feedback constructively and finds a more balanced way to gather customer input without overwhelming its customers.

Did like the product and the service was also good👍. But the guy who came for installment forces you to buy prefilter at a whopping 1.6k. So be careful untill or unless it is very important to install dont fall in this trap. you have full right to refuse🫷.
