It is my first cooler purchase. It is working as per expectation. Cooling is very good for medium sized room. The best thing I like is remote controlled function. It is very convenient to adjust fan speed / swing/cooling on off using remote. There was some fault in pump of cooler after 3 days of usage and I have logged complaint to Symphony website and they have sent person to home and rectified the issue. Customer service is also very good.
It is very good option to buy in tower cooler category.

1. Remote works well from a distance of 15′. (Good that I chose this product over manual operating, its really helpful when u need to change the speed level but you don’t want to come out of bed)
2. Cooling starts immediately after the button is pressed. Covers good amount of area where the guide vanes directions are set (like a table fan). This is not a ceiling fan to cover whole room.
3. Plastic body is sturdy and strong.
4. Wheels really are smooth rolling. (But I kept this on a stool to reach out to window)
5. Not sure about its multi level air purification since its just 3 different materials fixed on 3 separate location(which doesn’t even cover the entire honeycomb cooling pad) at the bottom where actually the air is sucked in.
6. In my opinion, this product is a worth buy but a bit overpriced.
Tips:
1. Keep the air cooler close to window, where the fresh air can be easily sucked in. It gives better output than keeping it on a corner of the room.
2. Always fill fresh water ( use ice water to get instant cooling) And spray any air freshener of your choice on the backside (on the honey comb cooling pad over the meshing)to get a pleasant feeling. In fact you can add crushed camphors to the water which eliminate bad odour.
3. Drain the water completely when its not in use. This eliminates water settling down in the tank and smelling bad.
4. Clean it very often. Dismantling and reassembling is as easy as operating it. You just need a screw driver.

After the use of more than 45 days I am writing the review:
Look of the product is good . Control panel on top works very well so far. Remote is very good but no back light to it make bit difficult to use it in night time. It is so easy to shift from one place to othe. Some how water overflow indicator could have worked better.
Cooling of this product is for very limited if you want to use it for entire room better watch other one.

Initial impression – Excellent product. Good quality and effective performance.
However, after using it for just 8-9 days, we noticed that there is a puddle of water around the base of the cooler as soon as you start filling water. Even when water is poured extremely slowly, the water starts leaking out from the body.
When we complained to supplier through Amazon, within 12 days of delivery the supplier declined to replace the product claiming that the replacement is only within 7 days!
Overall a good product but POOR service by supplier.

Very good cooler.. I have been using at home for 6-8 months. Ordered a new one for my daughter for her hostel. Got delivered as promised. However there was an issue with the cooling system. I made a phone call and the the issue got sorted within 4 hours in the remote place of Loni Kalbhor where her hostel is, some 17-20 km away from Pune on Solapur Highway. Very impressed with the prompt after sales service in such remote location away from main city

Although nothing beats an air conditioner in the sweltering Indian summer the need for a portable cooling system that consumes fewer units is always a huge advantage. I visited many electronics & home appliances showrooms but couldn’t find something that was powerful yet relatively quiet and child safe. What I wanted was out of stock in all these places. So I decided to search online and lo came across Amazon. The delivery took 3 days that’s why I’ve given 4 stars and not 5. Otherwise the delivery boy was courteous and patient enough to allow is to check the equipment before passing him although he had other deliveries to make. Looks taller in the picture though…

I have been using this Cooler since last 2 months, it works perfectly fine. It Cools down a medium size room well(like 110sqft.. Like 1ton AC would need), doesn’t stink. and Remote controller is “bliss”… i just opted for 22i for the Remote.
Only issue I feel is material quality could be better, my handle(Small Plastic Knob) for making vents up and down which are manual(doesn’t change via remote) broke off within a month, and now to change vent direction from up to down i have to put finger pressure on the vent (which are Tight than usual.. were tight since 1st day… which lead it brake off).
It throws air roughly 8 feet from Vents on high speed
I got this cooler at ₹8k which was a good deal, where other shops like croma were selling same at 11K.
Pros:
1. Value for Money
2. Remote control( its a Bliss)
3. Timer (7hrs)
4. Low Water Level Indicator/Sound and It stops Pumping Motor (so motor doesn’t burn)
Cons:
1. Material Quality could be better.
2. Always need good size Window clear open when using (or else room become too humid).. if u have a mosquito’s problem in your area, it would be issue.
