Purchased this piece of crap last year, after two months touch panel stopped working claimed for warranty, it has been almost an year but the spare parts are not available. Believe me the engineers in symphony are not educated don’t ever buy any symphony product they are the worst

Within Two months Product started Throwing out water , Logged a Complaint to Customer Service No CH24072101213 – The Engineer Came , Cleaned up and Demanded Rs 400/- before taking any Consent or Informing Prior about Problem – That means , If Product required Cleaning every Two Months for Rs 400/- , it is unacceptable ——–Even a AC Service is done once a Year & this Product every Two months

If you have a tower fan on your mind for home and if space saving, aesthetics and good air are the key specifics, this fan is band on! The air flow is simply superb, doesn’t so humid like the aircoolers. I had shortlisted the options : 1) deco tower fan 2) Russell Hobbs and last was this Symphony duet. After carefully studying the functionality and all my specifics I finalised on this b one and I am pleasantly surprised. It’s portable function works perfectly in large spaces if you have a duplex of sorts, it’s so convenient. I use it in the balcony, dining garden everywhere

This is one of a kind, and an amazing coolant. It does it’s job to the fullest. With new technological updates like Augmented reality and touch screen, this is worth the 6k you pay!
One of a kind, must have cooling fan for all year around.

Build quality is good but air flow is not much effective.
Air throw is sufficient only in a short distance.

Product quality is good however the fan range is too shot. Also there’s a gap between the water compartment and the actual fan. Because of that gap the fan dosent stand straight, so I ask for replacement, but when I got the replacement the gap that I mentioned is way more on the replacement, so I end up keeping the replacement. I guess it’s a manufacturing error
