I am purchasing it last year and after using it closed,in this year when I am is not proper work.so I am not happy of this product.. –

Scratches on the uppur body of the cooler when unpack.
Fit and Finish of plastics is very very cheap.
Leaking water from the Drain hole when fiil water in tank and
when run cooler with water pump, Leak water from the OVERFLOW hole even the water tank not fill with full water.
When I complained about it, Customer care service is very poor, not able to solve above said problems.
It looks like a duplicate product, Don’t buy this cooler. (I have also Hindware 85 litre capacity cooler which is far better then this cooler & also cheap price with good fit and finish and Customer service is great)

Everything is perfect..the cooling , motor , honey comb everything is good only the water pipe connector place is absent…it’s a big issue

Cooler not cooling well.honeycomb pads not working properly.even normal coolers also better than cooling provide and also smell comes from pads.ipure technology is just showing not working properly.
