Packaging is very good, nice to see its colour white, cooling effects starts after few time later. Air throw is as expected, swing is very good. Water level found half after one night use. Mosquito net is not available. Ice chamber is not up to the mark. Ice water can be filled but no such ice chamber. Thanks

Swing is not working properly….. sometimes takes full turn and most times takes only half turn
Also the controls also don’t work…..it’s only after 2 months of buying

1. Starting with the size, it’s very compact. That’s a pro. But the drawback of compact size is that its cooling effect is significantly lower than some of its peers. Because the size side panels also decreases.
2. Side panels are extremely difficult to open. There is no benefit of that difficulty. It’s not like opening the cooler is not needed. You have to clean it too from time to time. I think the company did it so you break the panels and buy new ones.
3. Quality of honeycomb is not good. After just one year of usage there is considerable damage. Maybe that’s the reason why water has also started spilling from the panels. This is common in Aspen cooling pads. It shouldn’t happen with honeycomb pads.
So overall there are better options in the same price range. Buy this if compact size is a necessity for you. Im using B*j*j cooler too. It’s better.
