The outer body quality not good.the big name of symphony but not worth the quality.switch r very loose type

Little Defect was seen in the cooler. But overall it is a good product

Material of product is simply plastic not satisfied.
After starting some water droplets comes out with air.
Not that much of worthy as expected by Symphony. But ok as compared to Table Fan.

Highlights:
Decent cooling, fan speed and durable.
Easy to move around and fit in small spaces.
Enough for a big room with double bed.
Improvements required:
Accessibility to open the flaps to change grass and clean the tank.
Water meter should be higher as there is a lot of space in the tank when the water meter shows full.
Overall, it is a decent purchase and if you are looking to purchase in a budget, go for it. The cooler has been of great use to us. 👍

The Design is not at all user friendly, whenever need to change pads it’s takes a lot of effort to open the side panels of the cooler, which is very very bad design. The cooler air throw is not enough for a small room also. Should have better air throw.
Also I see a trend of cooler without Aspen pad, which is really bad. Because cooler with Honeycomb pad is not at all good, and cooling isn’t upto the mark compared to Aspen pad cooler.

The media could not be loaded.
It’s good for one person only, as it is mentioned it is a desert cooler but I don’t think it will work for two persons. Also fan speed is good for me and everything is good except plastic quality, it could be better but it isn’t that bad and fitting of this product isn’t good as it was suppose to be. Can’t say worth for money FOR ME atleast, as we use personalized coolers at home but it’s worth for small places as hostel rooms or small single rooms/offices. But yes you must go for it, also noise won’t bother you that much.

Purchased this product for home. Worked good for 4-5 days. Then water started leaking out. Logged a complaint on their Whatsapp helpline. No feedback from them now over one week. The cooler is lying useless in this peak summer!
