Symphony Winter 80XL+ Desert Air Cooler for Home with 4-Side Honeycomb Pads, Powerful +Air Fan, i-Pure Technology and Whisper-Quiet Performance (80L, White)

 First of all it’s sound level is hight even at low speed, should have given one more low speed level, it will really hard and risky to open the back and clean, even worth 2 trays of ice cubes wind blow was not cool enough, wheels come separately so we need to fit but there are more chance that wheels align in different hights, it’s wider but not thick and base is sorter then top makes unstable while moving especially with it water, i am not sure that what they are doing with those small strips of colour clothes attacked in one side of honey comb pad, my unit was leaking in the bottom where that rubber shell was there so I have returned my unit and thanks to Amazon for accepting my return request, Amazon was very customer friendly.

still humidity remains in room even if all windows open ,this will work proper if you keep outside in open but in room not much cooling

 If u r aware of Air coolers and you know how it cools then Fine, orelse i prefer Standalone Metal Fans over coolers in below 40°C.

Now lets dig into this Symphony Winter 80XL+.
Pros:
1. Speed levels are good.
2. Looks Nice and Attractive
3. I like the fact it consumes low electricity
Cons:
1. i-pure technology is pure gimmick.. No one really need it, moreover I didn’t find any change in air quality or Smell than normal Ceiling fan or Standstill fan.
2. I don’t understand how 190w power consumption is Operating cost of Fan? Ceiling fan consumes 70w-80w which means this cooler consumes almost 3 times a fan. Anyways better any cooler i accept.
3. Noice levels are 60db-70db How can you call it Whispering quite. Sound levels are like any other cooler.
4. Wheels don’t have clip to stop moving. If cooler is empty these wheels move backwards, You can’t use it as Fan alone.
5. No Water level indicator, what is available here is Low water level indicator which means if the water levels drops you will know. While filling water you should peep inside.
6. Plastic quality is terribly bad, I uploaded a Video check that.

Verdict: I am not at all satisfied with this Cooler. While Crompton Ozone 75 is having Seperate Ice tray, Water level indicator, Automatic Refilling, Wheel clip and the price is 8,300 while i bought this one for 12,630.

My suggestion is If u decided to buy a cooler see the quality and customer service and select least price item, because will not work based on software to have differences, every cooler works with same technique. So better choose metal fan based Cooler.

This Cooler is No different from any other cooler works the same way.

After 2 years of usage I’m editing this review, Cooler works good, cools good in summer! You can feel the advantage of this cooler in Hot summer day only.
But There is a big problem everyone should know before they buy Cooler, not only this any cooler! Honeycomb Pads! It is extremely hard to find replacement pads for this cooler. I don’t know about other coolers.
Please check the availability of Honeycomb pads before you buy.

Symphony Cooler was ordered on May 27 2022. It needs immediate servicing as the motor has stopped working. Its not pumping the water. Kindly guide as to how to get it serviced. Its in warranty period.
