Reviewing after one day of use.
Bought it for Rs. 2199/-.Came in a severely damaged box.Fortunately product was undamaged inside.
Misleading Product Description:
Product as described with a capacity of 18L is misleading though not false. The purifier has two seperate sections Top section where water is poured for purification is of 9L capacity. Bottom section where the purified water is stored is of 9L capacity. The Top & Bottom section comes seperately & needs to be assembled. Water purification is preety fast. As the two sections are not joined & water is purified fast & stores in the lower section, one has be very careful while pouring water into the top section. As is leads to over flow. While pouring 9L on the top section almost one litre water get purified & settles in lower section. If one fills the top section to its full capacity the total water to be purified becomes 1L + 9L (1L purified & stored in bottom section already) So when the total water gets purified it becomes of 10L quantity. But the lower tank capacity is on 9L only. So the extra 1L water gets overflowed onto the floor. The point is, the Purifier is of 9L capacity not 18L as advertised. If one is not careful while pouring water on the top section, the overflow becomes a real pain.
Quality:
The purifier body is of good quality (the blue body section), so is the Tap provided. But the deep blue section with “Tata Swach” logo which is used as tank stand & section joints are of cheap flimsy quality.
Water quality: Purification is fast. Water has no smell & tastes better.
Remember: Be sure while using the new cartridge, flush it with plain water with the provided syringe 5-10 tyms. Then fill the top section with 8-9L water & when the water is filtered, drain that filtered water completely. First water is little smelly due to new cartridge. From 2nd time onwards water is drinkable with no unusual taste or smell.
Looks: Purifier looks great. Bur the deep blue coloured bottom stand, joint section & top section is not snug fit. They are of bad quality & loose fit. Doesnt arouse much confidence of the Purifiers stability.

The filtration part is good, looks and asthetic is good the only major flaw is if the bottom part is full then it’s starts leaking from the partition gaps when top part also has water.
So if you want to use it, then keep the top part empty if the bottom part is full which made no sense but that’s what guy from customer care told us. Anyways product good but due to this flaw returned it.

its good water test good and no dust particle but older version is much better in term of fitting this one’s upper part is little loose and top is also looses but its good in this price and i star minus for loos fitting

Very good filter. The washers for the tap are two. In my case they adhered together and I thought they are one and applied on the nut side only. Then the lower chamber sprouted a leak. I thought the chamber was defective. my mistake. The manual said two washers and I checked the washer and found it to be two. Then I pu the washer as instructed and presto no leakk
