Ma Adnan Mohammed –
water is not so tasty
Deepasree –
Good product
Abhishek Philip –
The catridge becomes clogged and the filteration slows day by day
Deepasree –
It works efficiently. The water connection at both ends – at the water source end and at the purifier end , both are leaky. So now I am manually pouring water to the top cabinet of the purifier.

After using it for just over an year, today I congratulate myself over my choice.
It was quite easy to install, is good -looking and has enough storage of water for my family. The first battery/cartridge is about to run out but I have bought the replacement already. The maintenance and cleaning part has been quite simple too. I pour into it summer/boring water.
Previous to it I had been using Pure It, Classic filter.

Everything is quite good about the product that is available in 3k price. It does the job. Only complaint is for the total storage claimed 27 liters. The upper storage of 14litres doesn’t work when the lower storage is full. The water drips out from the middle partition once lower storage is full and water keeps coming from upper storage. So, upper storage needs to kept empty and in a sense, not used due to spillage issue.
Shabuj K. –
Very bulky and not designed well, the pipe system to fill water is a gimmick, the upper container doesn’t have any transparent part so you cannot monitor the water level.

If one wants a simple non electric filter, go for Tata Swatch water filter. It works great and the water also tastes good.
