Product was well packed and delivered on time. Installed on the next day. After 10 days usage, the UI seems to lag sometimes may be due to broadband speed issue (40Mbps Act Fibernet). More surprising is the excellent pic clarity on SD settop box (Airtel). 4K videos look stunning including blacks.

This is first time i am buying a budget brand like Tcl. Generally I like to purchase well known branded electornics where there is an assurance of quality, feature and after sale service. Tcl has good presence for long in India and there are so many other chinease brand as well to compete. However what I liked for this model is the feature. The qled screen is very good and if you watch it at home you will really love the pic quality. I am very Nick pick and i have high end sony and lg tv as well in my home but for the price what I’m getting is really nice. The installation is on time though the instllaer asked for tips which was not expected. Service as per them is now good though I wish I don’t need to call them in my entire Ownership. Mt model is 43 inch t6g model and as of now I’m happy. The sound is also good specially for movie watching though don’t expect much from it. The tv is very light compare to my lg and sony and that my be the built quality question. But it not look flimsy and it’s good. The remote is also nice. The interface is not smooth and have jitters time to time which I don’t like.

My requirement has been to use a 4K tv as a desktop monitor. I tried with Westinghouse WH43UD10 and utterly disappointed(read my review). Fell for their pricing of INR 19K. I assumed that any 4k tv screen should be good to use as a monitor – totally wrong. Could not return it either. Sold it on olx for a loss.
After the above experience, I was little hesitant to go with TCL brand. Then they introduced QLED series. waited for few months to see the reviews from the buyers. Finally bought TCL QLED TV 43C645 – still with the hesitation though!
The TCL technician showed up the next day of delivery for wall mount – did a good job. After the initial setup – it connected to the home network easily. There was no audio while playing from YouTube. Was able to play music from a pen drive connected to the TV USB port… obviously speakers are working.. phew! So, we connected to the network and did a system software update – voila… everything works now.
Voice control works via remote works like a charm. TCL has good menu options for all its features. Easy to navigate. If not mounted on a swivel wall stand – it is hard to reach to the HDMI, USB and Optical ports. Lags by couple of seconds while changing between the sources/inputs. Watched some 4k and 8k videos on YouTube – awesome satisfaction on the color clarity. some features are not available in 43 inch size, such as 120Hz refresh rate. Audio is just ok. On high volumes it just sounds louder. Do not expect magic. For a better audio experience one can always connect to external speakers. I use a Philips Audio TAB7807 3.1CH 620W Dolby Atmos Soundbar with Wireless Subwoofer (one of the best sound bar systems!! – strongly recommend). Have not played any games – so, cannot comment on that aspect.
My primary use of this TV is to connect to my Laptop and desktop (I assembled it myself – of course with a dedicated 4k video card). It works like a charm.
Overall I am very much satisfied with the TV. Thanks to TCL for bringing out a good product. I strongly recommend.

Google tv can be laggy at times. Does not have AirPlay built in but can be setup using apps from google play store

I received the TV brand new, after i removed the tape, i saw that there are two huge dots where the pixels are dead.

This QLED TV looks good with 3 side frameless finishing. The clarity is Awesome, and it has an excellent Ultimate Motion Picture format where we can feel 3D effect audio which includes Dolby of 56 Walt. Screen Mirroring was nice no lag in it.
The only disadvantage is lagging in Software which takes some time to navigate and to open any Apps or tool settings, even after updating the latest version.
Hoping that TCL will provide software and service support.

Good product.TCL is one of the more budget-friendly brands on the market.Overall, TCL TVs offer good picture quality and great features at a low price. Although some models aren’t as feature-packed or as well-built as more expensive options, their TVs typically offer great value compared to similarly-priced options. If you need a simple TV with a good smart system, you’ll be happy with most of their offerings.
