Within 3-4 days, one side of the headphones stoped working. Frequently disconnects the Bluetooth. Sound quality is not upto the level of satisfaction comparing the headphones of same price range. Overall I am not recommending to purchase this product.

I want to replace it but there is no option available just after 5_6 days of use I was not able to return or replace, this is worst product. All parts were very delicate it’s not working now… Please do not buy this product.

i haven’t dropped it. it isn’t used roughly. last week the ear piece came apart.
today, the charging bit cracked while i was trying to charge it.
i don’t expect bose quality for 999, but i don’t expect something so flimsy either
it’s tech specs aren’t bad – but it is flimsy
