GOOD PRODUCT IN THIS PRICE RANGE

I am writing this review after one day of use, the product is no doubt value for money in this price range. At first I will tell you the prose the product and then the cons of the product.
PROSE : 1. The built quality is enough at this price range of 6.5 K
2. As it is a semi-automatic washing machine you can add clothes at anytime of the running cycle.
3. The cleanness of the cloth is super. But you can’t compare it with a full automatic front loaded washing machine, because the price starts with that type of washing machine being around 20k.
4. The dryer quality is good enough to dry your clothes.
5. It is a good choice if your budget is very tight and the family member is around 1 to 4 persons.
6. After all there is no shakiness, when it’s wash your clothes or in dryer part.
CONS :
1. The service centre responsibility is very low, they are unable to give me answer about product related. I think if you buy this type of washing machine at this price don’t expect after sell service. But you can call third party service for any kind of Repaire because the parts of this type of washing machine always available at the market.
2. The water consumption is very high it is a semi automatic washing machine.
3. You have to engage with your machine when it is in use, because you have to do all steps manually ( washing drawing).
4. The last but not the list the outlet and inlet pipe come with this washing machine is very short at around 1m. If you need extra then you have to buy separately, which will cost around 200 Rs.
Finally this is one day review, and you have to wait for sometime for full review… Hope it will help you to choose your correct washing machine

Never believe on Thomson such a bad experience after few months dryer functioning of washing machine stop automatically. Customer service is very bad I will never recommend to other for buying Thomson products.
