Washing machine is very good and price comfortable a middle class family. Installation person was very odd and his behavior not good and i request please solve problem his every client\n Thanks you

Performance – While washing my clothes I found the sound (noisy) and vibration was also continuously coming as I kept my cell phone in the middle and it was not on the same place after few minutes. Even I found that the inlet pipe which is provided is too small and not reaching till the tap. I have to purchase an inlet pipe of 3 meters which cost Rs.400.00 and that’s why I gave 3 start for performance.\n\nDesign – I like the design and overall the colour too, but from back side it was totally pressed so I gave 4 start for design.\n\nDelivery & Installation – The delivery should be done early morning but they deliver at afternoon 3pm. The installation guy has to come next day early in the morning but he came at 6pm and not informed that he will come late as I was nit having his contact details so I was unable to coordinate with him and Flipkart IVR was giving information that Installation guy will be assisted shortly. Installation guy came at 6pm and I asked him why u are so late and not informed so he told that he was busy and not even apologize for delay in service and my next question was what is \

I am unsatisfied with that issues.\n\nReturn policy is too irritating and till this time not done anything. \nI think flipkart is only a selling point for any rubbish product and have no mean for customer satisfaction.

I had purchased this in two months back,from the beginning day of working Im facing the problem with tis taking longer time even in quick wash mode.\nShowing 25mins for quick wash but actual time taking 80mins.\nWaste product by Thomson.

Great product by Thompson. Using it for a week now and found it to be a very useful machine. Installation was done by Jeeves and the technician was very helpful too.\n10 different wash program but the express wash is the best.\nTake it with an extended warranty and have peace of mind for atleast ,3 years
