I had purchased this TV on 05-Aug-2021 and have good experience with the functioning of the TV. I had also purchased 3 year total protection from Jeeves for this TV. \nHowever the remote supplied with it got defective within one month. When I called up Jeeves’s team to help with remote issue, I was told that the support was ONLY for TV and not for accessories provided along with it. \nI then called up the toll free number provided on that TV manual but no body picked the phone. After waiting for 2 days and multiple tries to contact someone on the toll free number, I sent them mail stating my issue. Then I came to know that there is no on-site support provided by company for any issues with TV or accessories during warranty period or otherwise. \n\nI was asked to provide video supporting my claim of defective remote so that it can be verified by support team whether it is really defective or not. After I had submitted the video and it was verified that my complaint was genuine, I was asked to sent remote to the company so that they can send me a replacement. This will result in me not able to watch TV till I get new remote from company. They have not even provided the time by which remote will be delivered to me.\nThis is really a pathetic support from the company and I would not recommend buying TV due to the same

Decent product for the money. All the necessary apps are shipped with the product. Remote is Bluetooth enabled and supports google assistant which is very useful.\n\nUpdating review after using this for 8 months. The quality and output is very good and Bezel less screen makes the tv look premium. I have bought this at the first sale for very less price of 10k and now the price is around 14k which justifies the quality of the product.\n\nThis is one of the best product I have purchased online.

First of all I am thankful to Flipkart for this product. 2nd time I purchse this tv for my parent. Previously I took 42 inch TV, both are working in excellent performence. Super connectivity (Wifi, bluetooth, optical port, HDMI, USB). Good sound effects. Thankyou Flipkart

Thompson TV is good and sound for the price bracket. Connecting no issue, remote is simple and honestly decent enough . TV UI is clutter free. . Only dissapointing part it got installed only after 7 long days .

One of the best non Chinese products. Ya it’s a French brand & made in India. Picture quality is too good & sound also good. I bought the 43PATH0009BL bezel less model, really am shocked because it’s fully no bezel in this tv model it’s look like a mobile phone display. Really it’s look amezing & gives premium feel in this price range. After the lot of research I bought this tv. Really am very happy. All rounder best tv in this price range. Service & instalation done by promised date.

Picture quality is good absolutely not good for eyes… there’s is no any mode like energy saving or even if u adjust the colour still blue light will effect your eyes for sure… coming to sound its loud with 24W but not that much clear… connectivity is really good no issues with that…and design is also perfect in that price range my TV is Bezzel less.. looks good….

Very Good Product by THOMSON!!!. Totally satisfied!!! Super Bright, colour saturation is superb, sound is also on the plus side with its 24 W speakers compared too its competitors like Mi, Hisense etc. \nReally deserves 5 STARS!!!

This led smart tv is a very good option if you’re on a budget. The ips display panel is bright and viewing angles are great. With 3 hdmi and 2 usb ports, the connectivity options should suffice for most people. I have faced no lags or crashes with the in built android tv. Youtube, Prime, Hotstar etc all work fine. Overall, I’m satisfied with the performance of this tv. Hopefully it’ll provide years of trouble free performance.
