Some slices in the bread are always thick. These slices are not able to enter the toaster.

Works great but the top layer is plastic and i don’t know if I am supposed to peel it or not .

Good product, reviewing after 5 months of use. No issues till now. However i think I would like to highlight is they put plastic paper on the top. Please remove it before using. They should have mentioned this in the manual.
