This gives me almost 1gb connetion using wifi, on the 5ghz network with 160 channel width.
Is not cheap, but its a big improve over only wifi 5ghz not being wifi 6

Box says 1.20 , software says 1.0 , came with version 1.0.3 which you cannot find online anywhere, installed 1.0.6 without problems.
It would be better if tp-link didn’t have so many hardware and software revisions and multiple firmwares for multiple REGIONS, not just US / EU, also CHINA / some countries.
However, the AP does provide 860mb/s right below it on 5ghz, also covers the entire house more than 2 UAP-AC-LITE did, with better bandwidth / stability.
Overall i approve the purchase.

Funciona a la perfección, dando cobertura a toda la superficie donde se quería utilizar (110 m2).

Es sollte die Umstellung auf Wifi6 werden, leider mit mäßigem Ergebnis. Es wurde vor und nach der Installation die Wlan Abdeckung im gesamten Haus gemessen.
Eingangssituation: 3 Stockwerke mit Betondecken, Mauerwerk, Wandmontage höchster Punkt.
EG/OG jeweils ein EAP245, UG ein EAP225
Hoffnung: 1 EAP670 im OG an der Decke montiert und den 225 im Keller gegen einen der 245 tauschen. Einsparung des EG APs.
Realität: der AP war schnell montiert und sieht gut aus. Leider war die Abdeckung bereits im OG schlechter als vorher, am weitesten Punkt (8m, 2 Vollwände) schwankte mein iPhone zwischen einem und keinem Balken im 5Ghz Netz. Auch die Ausleuchtung ergab hier nur noch eine unzureichende Abdeckung. Im 2Ghz Bereich war hier natürlich noch gutes Netz, bei gerade mal knappen 20Mbps, keine Option.
Auch im EG war die Ausleuchtung unbefriedigend.
Also kurzer Hand den AP an die alte Stelle an der Wand gesetzt und als Unterstützung einen EAP653 im EG aufgehängt.
Hier muss man dann sagen das der EAP653 deutlich besser performt hat als der eigentlich stärkere große Bruder. Es wurden einzelne Netze erstellt um in der Ausleuchtung aussagekräftige Ergebnisse zu erzielen und der kleine hat es bis ins OG geschafft, wenn auch nicht an den hintersten Punkt.
Fazit: Schöneres Design als bei den Topmodellen zu vor, besonders die Montage auf UP Dosen beim EAP653 überzeugt. Wertigkeit bei dem 653 übertrifft den 670.
Insgesamt ernüchterndes Ergebnis und unnötiger Rückversand und Rückbau aufs Altsystem. So wird es mit AX bei uns noch nichts.

The truth is, This is the best I’ve used so far and it will give you a bit of extra range but it is nowhere near what TP-Link claimed 300 Meters I’m getting a very weak signal when I go 25-30 meters distance but no way you can go as far as 200-300 meters as claimed. I can’t see this happening.
Every house has walls and yes, I’m satisfied with it and ordered another one for a different location, maybe the different location will perform better .. well see, and ill update you if any changes.
