I was very confused upon reading the reviews of this product whether to buy it or not, but considering the price it comes for and the features it has, I decided to give a go. I read in many reviews that its range is average. But when I installed and used it in my house it worked very well. My house is built of stone walls so what kinda range an average router will give can be understood but this one has covered the whole house and I get full range in every room. The main factor that works behind good range in every room is the placement of the router. I have placed it in the center of my home and at a high level, which is the main thing. I would recommend this router for those who are facing range problem and don’t need dualband.

Antenna are very big. It is looking bulk on table. But working fine. In all rooms I can work on wify with out drop of signal and speed. I am in third floor in apartment. Some times I can connect wify from road out sideof apartment. Good product

Don’t buy it. They’re selling 2 year old product. Hardware version 1. It is very difficult to configure & having very limited options.

1. Product is really good\n2. Box has Router, 3 separate antena, power adapter, RJ45 cable\n3. Configuration is super easy. As any other tp link router\n4. Can be wall mounted. Ensure antena have enought space in whatever direction you will be pointing it.\n5. Connection of antena to router is a bit loose. Threads easily turn. \n7. MAC address not getting registered automatically with ISP you need to call and get it refreshed\n8. Has 3 modes router, access point, as extender\n9. Superb coverage. My house is 2000 square feet and i get network in every corner of it. Signals do penetrate through walls.\n10. If you upgrading from basic router to increase coverage area, this is the one you can go for.\n11. Signal stret and bandwidth both have improved with this one.\n12. With tp link tether app you can have more control over it like LED to turn off at some time etc.\n13. Rest all stuff is present on this one as we get on basic router.\n14. It is huge.\n15. Box also contains covers for antena joints but they are useless. They dont allow free moment of antena and you need to keep it straight up if you using it.\n16. I have always kept antenas on different directions to increase coverage on all my previous routers and i suggest same for this one.. middle antena straight up 2 antenas on both sides at 45 degree angle from surface.\n17. I connect around 10 devices at a time and dont see considerable bandwidth drop\n18. It takes a bit long to connect to internet when turned off and on.\n19. Sometimes it disconnects suddenly and reconnects. Like once or twice in a day.\n20. Looses coverage sometimes again once or twice as i have extender As well i can see when coverage drops sometimes\n21. Best part is you dont need to turn off wi fi and on when you move in to extender’s coverage area. Which i had to do with my prev very basic router. Never used to auto switch.\nWith this one it is seamless switching.which i loved the most.\nRest is up to you whether to buy it or no but indeed it is a great product.
