Company not provide warranty with 18month ago date and purchase date 18month after

Both the jars blades are not working after two months
Complaint given regarding replacement of blade, people say spare not available, for 20 days call goes local to delhi, Delhi to service manager but service manager doesn’t have any clue. Issue remains unresolved.
