Never had such a terrifying experience with an oven. Received a new product, first tried making a cake and biscuits recipe from the attached recipe book following the given instructions. The cake started to burn within 15 min. This happened a number of times. Contacted Usha, technicians had come home each with a wonderful explanation. A totally 6 different technicians had come to try and solve the issue but nothing happened. One over smart guy, said since the cake was in the oven for 15 minutes it’s over baked hence burnt. Another went without doing anything. The third repaired the thermostat which was worse cause the oven started smoking. The forth undid the thirds work. The fifth was even worse. He suggested to preheat the oven for 30 minutes, 10 min top coil, then 10 bottom coil and then 10 minutes both the coils together; then when the baking has to be done put only the bottom coil. Astonishing. The 6 came and checked, reluctantly admitting something is wrong with the piece. All the while USHA not admitting something is wrong with the product. Finally a replacement piece arrived. The same problem started; cakes burning in the oven. This time, I kept the technician and attempted 3 cakes in front of him. 1st was one from the usha book, second from my book, and third was a cake mix pack. Same thing happened. Finally after a lot of persuasion, got usha to take away their horrible oven and initiate a refund. It was a nightmare.

Really big in size. We are still learning to regulate its temperature.
Note, its Chinese import. Not Indian make.

I like this oven 1.is big in size,2 is easy to use ,3 heat is one of most impontant.

I have received the product by today afternoon only,so cannot say anything positive or negetive so early,I need to use it before I can write something in particular. But apart from that I can say the product looks amazing in this colour combination,good body meterial,accessories are very good quality and durable.packging was awesome,there was no dent or scratches on the body of the product,perfectly wrapped and delivered before time to my doorsteps. Over all I am pretty much happy with the buy. Once I start using it,I will surely update how good is it during its baking and grilling process. 😇❤️

Initially I recieved a damaged and non functioning pieces, and worst part was after getting it at a competitive price, it ran out of stock, fortunately one of customer care executive helped me to raise the issue. I waited for the buffered return time period and once it came back in stock, the executive raised an exchange for me.
So instead of loosing the deal, I got a new fresh and working piece.

If you want to purchase, wait for the price range from 8000 to 9000, because the seller sells this product from 8k to 10k range. So wait for lowest price. The product is really good and quality is top notch, before I purchase this I ordered Murphy and returned the product due to door gap issue and poor built quality. Just go for Usha, but buy if only available at 8k to 9k.

as far as size and functionality ..no complaints. the only problem is that the glass door is covered in something that scratches super easy ..even with a normal sponge and it now just looks as if its been scratched all over .
