Not working properly. Waste of money.. showed as 1 year warranty. But now amazon saying they won’t do anything.. it’s been only 2 weeks of purchase .. Amazon saying only for retunr period of 7-10 days .they can try to replace. It’s been only 2 weeks. .. of purchase. Useless product. Very worst service from Amazon ever faced

All over perfect, can’t say about longevity tho. Also how much better it can handle spills is another question. Overall perfect. When called for customer care, they gave me the number of local service executive in few minutes who said to visit me, in 48 hours. Although that wasn’t a bug or problem,just normal behaviour.
So this far, I’m very satisfied with the after sales services..

Heating stopped working in 10 months but since the item is within warranty the parts are replaced free of cost. Mixed feelings. Hope it will work at least an year without problem.
