Bought the exhaust fan for a medium sized bathroom. Its suction power is fine but I did not find it to be long lasting. In less than 1 year it stopped working.
The after-sales service is really bad for online orders. I have raised multiple complaints which were all directed to Prime Enterprises, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. The technicians say that they can’t replace it because it was bought on Amazon, and that they can only replace the motor. Even for replacing the motor, apparently they need some approval from “head office”. It has been more than two months since my first complaint. They keep closing it without resolution and the customer service keeps saying that they will take a new complaint with all the details for non-service. I am still waiting for resolution. Will update when it is done.
