i bought this cooler in the last may 2022 nd used ig only for a month nd now whrn i opened nd started the coller in 2023 summers ,just after two weeks the motor is gone. motor is the heart of the cooler. whats. the meaning of a cooler without motor. motor wings were not moving nd creating noices. i called usha customer care but the customer care representative talked so rudely nd said we cant do snything for this. give us 400 rs service charge nd additional charges of 2-3000 for motor replacement etc. Worst experience of buying anything in life. USHA is the worst compny i will every recommend. the put my 13000 rs in water.

My under warranty cooler had pump issue and the customer care is asking for 400Rs for technician visit. Horrible experience. My last Usha product, will never even look at this company for buying something again.

Do not buy Usha products i got a cooler from them the fan has been replaced twice see the images. The blades break off and come flying through it can kill your family
