Low quality chinese make. the base wasn’t stable and kept wobbling. the kettle is light weight and we had to press the kettle top on the base to complete the electrical curcuit. also outer body became hot upon using it. felt unsafe and had to return it. Bad product.

First of all, to start with, Amazon lies stating its made in India. This product is country of origin China and imported in New Delhi India.
Then I used it for a month and was working fine until now. But suddenly the internal connection got short, due to which MCB switch tripped.
This product is faulty and i have sent it for replacement. Again I experienced unprofessional behavior, when I called Amazon, they asked me to approach usha care. And when I called usha care, they asked me to approach Amazon customer care. I’m simply thinking how to get out of this mess and have full refund. I would say buy at own risk, not at all recommending to go for it.

It’s good for boiling water with faster rate.

Quality not good at all.. auto cut function become defective within one month of usage. The lit is not of good quality and keeps on falling when we try to open and pour water. Made a complain at usha customer care but its been more than a month now, no one called up or attended the complain
