Overall USHA electric kettle was good but body started developing rust within 2 days of usage. the moisture collected on the surface led to rusting and it was difficult to remove after cleaning…Had to return it after few more days of observation.
This was the only problem for which the item was returned. Else I didn’t had issues with the heating process (very quick to boil a 1.5 L cold water), cord length is good. Auto Cutoff worked nice.

Stains are being formed in the inside bottom due to water heating.. observed these stains within a week of usage. Water gets heated very fast.

Awesome product from USHA. Easy to use n wash. Only problem is short cord length.

The media could not be loaded.
Good product, works pretty well but Delivery condition isn’t so great by Amazon. Items gets damaged (Dents) on the way or would have sent dented items can’t say.

I have purchased this product initially in 2019 and again for my relative in 2020. both of these times, i did extensive searching to find similar or better products and finally went to purchase this electric water heater.
here are the Pros :
– Same performance each time for more than 18 months in use.
– Device is very sturdy and has not had any issues. sturdiness for water heater is very important since people using it will be at risk if any component of the heater is not sturdy.
– auto switch off of water heater once the water has boiled. this is a huge win since you dont need to stand in front of the device
– it takes in 1.75 litres of water and boils it within 2 mins approximately.
Cons :
– i havent come across any major concern for this device.
it has been so reliable each and every time that i ended up purchasing this for the second time when my relative was looking for something similiar.
i would and have already recommended to a lot of people on this. this is a product worth every rupee spent.
