The chains to operate fan and lights are a bit tight, the fan one rubs on the lights every time you try to pull so u need to adjust it yourself and use. Other than that the brightness of the light also decreases when you decrease the speed of the fan from regular; shouldn’t be happening I gues as the bulbs E27 are already dim. Looks and finishing wise I loved the fan it’s just few thins which can be corrected to be little ahead from competition. I am using a Crompton light fan which is similar to this and have no issues so far.

Fan lookwise nice, but no instalation service from Usha, first they confirmed for installation, but after calling 20times nobody came. At last they confirmed they don’t provide installation for this model. Very poor customer service 😢. Local electricians are scared to install this. I was about to return, but at very last day got one good electrician who fixed this. I pray this live long without trouble, because no hope from Usha. USHA HAI TOH KOI ASHA NAHI HAI

Its just that this fan attracts you with all the design and the lights. Also, it has fan speed and lights pull strings. Apart from these, its just the basic fan. That’s all!
