Our family trusted Usha company products for ages. But in recent years they have lost trust in terms of product quality and service (it’s worst service compared to any other company). I have brought the wall fan in 2019 online. Its digital touch panel stopped working after 6 months.
logged my complaint online. After a week the technician came to check it and he checked and said to us that touch panel needed to replace it. I waited for a week and they it got replced. but after a year its not working prpprly she was very rude and said to me “you have to go to bhiwandi by your shelf to replace it”. (My location is Malad, Mumbai). It’s more than 30 to 40 km from here. And I argue with her about why should I go for replacement it home service. Then I said will complain about it and she is like( ha javo kar do complain).
Then I called the service centre they gave me sales office no. Instant of the service office. For sales office, I got another services senior no. Manoj Yadav. I co-ordinate with him and requested him for a service. after a week he again send the technician to check it and he also said the same thing. It’s been 3 weeks since I’m following up with him regarding the replacement. Earlier he used to say it will be done in a week and now he is not picking up my calls.
I checked online and they have cancelled my complaint. Then I tried to talk on customer care no. 1800 1033 111. Asked them why it was cancelled without my consent. They disconnected my calls multiple times.
It seems Usha doesn’t care about customers. They don’t have the internal condition. Everyone is trying to pass on a task.
If they are going to behave like this with the customer. Then I don’t think they are gonna run for long in the industry.

I would like to say if you want a wall mount fan with remote then this one is a right choice. Althgouh after using it for about 4-5 months I noticed few good and bad aspects of it.
Good :
Easy to operate with the remote
Three speed options
Auto off feature
Less noisy and
Good air flow
Bad :
Unnecessary air flow options given. Like there is a natural air option which is not at all useful in hot and humid temperature in India.
Every time you press any button on the remote it gives a beep and the beep is too loud
There should have been ‘auto on’ option as well. Because in the night I set it to auto turn off I have to get up in the middle of the sleep and turn it on again.
Overall it is a good option when you are looking for a remote controlled fan. Talking about price I think it’s relatively same as compared to the other brands

Amazing fan for the price got it for 1930 rupees!
Black color is really hard to find and I’d say pay extra premium for this color fan and go for it, trust me it looks so good if you have a dark environment around.
The only problems with the fan:
1) Only 3 speed control, lowest setting is also a bit high, so during colds either you have to turn the fan off completely or take in more wind than required.
2) slightly noisy

It’s bit noisy though.. I’m happy with the remote control feature which makes it easy to control the fan.
