Amazing Service. The person responsible for Installation was very professional and I couldn’t ask more. His behavior and patience while completing his task was very good.

Product just got delivered on time. Good with packaging.\nPros:\nGood for this price range\nFeatures are just enough for a 3 -4 burner stove \nIncludes Aluminium pipe along with the product unlike other brands who charge separately\nBrand name\nCons:\nTechnician charges are way too high for a mere installation. He just fixes the clamp to the wall that’s it. He doesn’t have a wood cutting tool for exact size nor he has a tool or skill to fit a power socket. I had to take extra risk to get the wood cut by another person who charges the amount. Until all the work is done, he just sits idle and then charges 750 rupees which is more than what is mentioned in the app. Dissastifed with the technicians product knowledge too. Why does a company charge the amount separately for installation and why is it not included in the product itself? Make this change I’ll give you a 5 star until 3 star is more than enough.

Recommended NOT TO BUY\nBuffel filter is useless, Vguard make two plates with same direction of U shape, without interlocking them opposite direction, Vguard have changed Globel Definition of Buffle Filter, now your kitchen Fogg can suck without any trap or hurdle and deposit easily at inside the machine, you can see throughout the filter and you can say it non filter or filter less Chimney..!\nI chase to company for resolve my issue but they said we made correct Buffle filter as per our Research and Development team.
