After a week of useage
Pros:
A. No frills and efficient Brass burners (when compared to the 3 hobs used by us earlier)
B. SS drip guard
Cons:
A. Customer care hotline was a bit cumbersome but Booking an installation vide watsapp was a breeze.
Special mention for Service Engineer Shafeeq. He was very efficient and provided answers to all the queries raised.
Will update review after few months of use.

WE PURCHASED A 4 BURNER STOVE AND DELIVERED ON 21.11.22,INSATLLED ON 23.11.22 AFTER EXACTLY 10 DAYS ITS IGNITION NOT WORKING AND ALSO BAD BURNER IT IS REQUESTED REPLACE THE SAME AT THE EARLIEST.OTHERWISE LEAGL ACTION MAY FILE AGAINST YOU.

I tried to check the toll-free number for a demo video since there were no demo videos available online before purchase, but the request was cancelled.

Not good product it’s brand new but I tried to remove dust but not possible also color fade with in 2 days usage

I do a lot of research before buying anything and I’m glad and pleased with this purchase. The hob is very elegant and the ease of use makes it very likeable. I think V-guard is a trustworthy brand, therefore I recommend to go for it! I bought a four burner.
